Full time position providing direct service for youth ages 16 - 24 in the Proviso area. You will be part of a dynamic team helping youth find their path as they transition to adulthood. The LITE coach duties include; outreach, conducting assessments, facilitating skill building activities, case management, case planning, youth activity planning, visiting worksites, completing all required paperwork for IYIP program, and preparing youth for their next step.

Full time position providing direct service for youth ages 16 - 24 in the Aurora area. You will be part of a dynamic team helping youth find their path as they transition to adulthood. The LITE coach duties include; outreach, conducting assessments, facilitating skill building activities, case management, case planning, youth activity planning, maintaining case files, and preparing youth for their next steps. 

Part time position managing the Illinois Youth Investment Program (IYIP). This program includes managing full time LITE coaches in the deliver of workforce development services to meet program objectives. The Program Manager duties include; ensuring activities are delivered in alignment with program objectives, managing team schedules and documentation requirements, reporting, visiting worksites, and collaborating with partner agencies.
