LITE Coach
Full time position providing direct service for youth ages 16 - 24 in the Proviso area. You will be part of a dynamic team helping youth find their path as they transition to adulthood. The LITE coach duties include; outreach, conducting assessments, facilitating skill building activities, case management, case planning, youth activity planning, visiting worksites, completing all required paperwork for IYIP program, and preparing youth for their next step.
